WEDDING VENUE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into by and between The Wedding Barn LLC ("Venue") and the Client ("Client").
1. EVENT DETAILS
The Client agrees to reserve the Venue for the event on the agreed date. The event type may include wedding, reception, or private event.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure the event date.
All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
In the event of cancellation:
- All payments are non-refundable
- One rescheduling may be allowed based on availability and at Venue discretion
4. LIABILITY
The Client is responsible for:
- Any damages caused by guests or vendors
- Ensuring all attendees follow venue rules
The Venue is not responsible for:
- Injuries
- Lost or stolen items
- Third-party vendor services
5. VENDORS
Clients may use outside vendors unless restricted.
All vendors must comply with venue rules.
6. EVENT RULES
- No illegal activities
- Noise levels must comply with local regulations
- Event must end at agreed time
7. FORCE MAJEURE
The Venue shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Wedding Barn LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.
9. AGREEMENT
By booking and/or making payment, the Client agrees to all terms of this Agreement.
